Thanksgiving Sandwich
The Thanksgiving Sandwich is one I look forward to every year. I remember making these before I ever heard of a “moist maker”. It’s one of those traditions that I thought was something only I did, until I watched the ‘Friends’ episode. My version is a Thanksgiving plate on a sandwich. It’s messy, but delicious. You make yours however you want to, but I generally make sure there’s certain things on it.
Thanksgiving Sandwich
A Thanksgiving Plate on a sandwich! Some people might find it odd to put mashed potatoes and green bean bake on a sandwich, but it’s delicious! Try it hot!

- Turkey
- Mayonnaise
- Mashed Potatoes
- Turkey Gravy
- Green Bean Bake

Method
Spread mayonnaise on both sides of the bread. Use a little more than you might be comfortable with. Then add a generous amount of black pepper.
Layer Turkey, then Cranberry Sauce, Mashed Potatoes, gravy, and top with Green Bean Bake. Then close your sandwich with the remaining slice of bread.
Make your sandwich how you’d like it, but I highly recommend giving my version a try. It’s a Thanksgiving plate in sandwich form!
