Creole Seasoning
Creole seasoning, like most other spice blends, is far better when you make it from scratch. This Creole seasoning comes from my dirty rice recipe, but it’s scaled up for a couple uses. This recipe can easily be doubled if you’d like to cook more creole recipes. It’d be fantastic in a boil! There’s nothing super special about this recipe – it’s a pretty standard spice blend for creole cooking. But it’s so simple to make that there’s no need to run to the store and buy a bottle.
